Personalized Video Terms

OtterOps does not keep copies of original images sent by the client that are used to generate personalized videos.

OtterOps may keep copies of videos created through discount services. These videos may be featured on the OtterOps YouTube channel, social media channels, website, and advertising materials.

OtterOps retains the copyright to all artwork, music, animation, and video produced.

The customer receives perpetual permission to download, keep, watch, and share the final video for personal, non-commercial use.

This means the customer may download it, watch it forever, post it on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, share it with friends and family, and play it at birthday parties or private gatherings.

The customer may not, without written permission from OtterOps, sell the video, use it in advertising, remove OtterOps branding, resell it, or license it to another company.

The Private Package grants the customer personal-use rights, and OtterOps agrees not to post the video publicly.

The Public Package grants the customer personal-use rights, and also allows OtterOps to post the video on its social channels and use it for marketing.

Lip sync videos may not always sync perfectly to audio, and images may sometimes slightly distort. By selecting the lip sync option, the customer acknowledges this possibility.
